Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-6 days to let you know your order is on the way! When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notifying you of its dispatch.

STORE PICKUP – is currently unavailable.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA) FLAT RATE SHIPPING

We only offer a flat rate of $15 on ceramics. Orders generally arrive 7-15 business after dispatch using Australia Post.

AUSTRALIA FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

We currently only offer a flat rate of $10 on ceramics. Orders generally arrive 5-7 business days after dispatch using Australia Post.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

TRACKED AND EXPRESS:

We currently only supply tracking for parcels and not for stickers and sun catchers to try and keep shipping costs down for you as the customer. If you would like express shipping please contact me prior to purchasing: alex@alexconan.com

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND VAT FEES:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ALEX CONAN is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a 30 day return policy, if the item is unused and in its original condition (please note this does not include commission pieces), we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost, the shipping cost is paid for by the consumer and not ALEX CONAN. Once the item has been returned I will inspect the items condition and once satisfied will commence with the refund (please note refunds can take 7-10 business days to arrive back in your account).

DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way please take photos of the condition of the package and the original packaging material used to send your parcel and then email alex@alexconan.com with your order number and a photo. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at alex@alexconan.com.
